1. Agreement Scope

This Agreement is entered into between you and the operator of NSKSwap. By accessing or using any services offered on the platform, you agree to be legally bound by the terms herein. The Agreement includes this document and all related platform rules and policies, which may be updated from time to time.

2. Registration and Account Management

• Eligibility: You must be a legal entity or individual with full civil capacity to register and use the services. If you do not meet these conditions, any consequences are your sole responsibility.

• Account Creation: Registration requires accurate, complete information. Users must provide valid identity documentation as required by law. Inaccurate information may result in account suspension or termination.

• Account Security: You are fully responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Any actions taken using your credentials are deemed to be made by you.

• Personal Information: You must keep your information up to date. NSKSwap may suspend or terminate services if false or outdated information is detected.

3. Platform Services

NSKSwap provides digital asset trading, market information, and related services. In case of disputes between users, NSKSwap may act as a mediator and issue binding resolutions. NSKSwap reserves the right to provide user data to authorities upon lawful request or in cases of suspected infringement.

Users are responsible for any taxes, fees, or costs related to their activity on the platform. All transactions are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed.

4. Usage Guidelines

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, platform rules, and industry standards. Unethical behaviors such as market manipulation, fraud, and disruption of services are prohibited. NSKSwap reserves the right to determine violations and take appropriate actions, including account suspension or legal recourse.

The platform may restrict access or penalize users involved in illegal or inappropriate conduct, based on internal judgment or external legal confirmation. Any damages caused to third parties or NSKSwap due to user actions must be compensated by the user.

5. Liability Disclaimer

NSKSwap provides services "as-is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose. The platform is not responsible for the quality, legality, or performance of assets traded by users. You must independently assess the risks of each transaction.

NSKSwap is not liable for losses due to force majeure, user negligence, or unauthorized access. Any platform intervention in disputes is based on internal discretion and is not subject to judicial standards.

6. Termination of Service

NSKSwap may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if it deems it necessary, including for violations of terms or if the user becomes unreachable. Upon termination, all active trades and listings may be canceled, and the platform is not obligated to retain or forward any user data or messages.

NSKSwap retains the right to pursue legal remedies for any losses caused by user violations. After termination, NSKSwap may continue to store user data as required for legal or operational purposes.

7. Privacy Policy

The platform's Privacy Policy is published separately and forms an integral part of this Agreement. It may be updated periodically.
