Option Trading Use Agreement

1. Overview

NSKSwap provides a unique financial derivative product called “Innovative Second Contract Trading.” This product is designed for digital asset risk hedging and features simplicity, flexibility, and transparent returns. By using this service, you acknowledge that you fully understand and accept the terms, structure, and associated risks of second contract trading.

2. Nature of the Product

Innovative Second Contracts are structured, short-term digital options contracts that allow users to take directional positions within specific timeframes (30s, 60s, 3m, 1d, 2d, 3d). Each contract includes a clearly defined expected return and a fixed investment amount. All price benchmarks are determined using weighted average prices from five major exchanges: Binance, Kraken, Okex, Huobi, and Coinbase.

3. Key Trading Rules

  • Mark Price Calculation: Based on the real-time weighted average of at least 3 out of the 5 listed exchanges. If fewer than 3 are available, the contract is void.

  • Price Accuracy: Rounding rules apply to unify decimal accuracy across exchanges.

  • Expected Yield: Displayed before purchase. E.g., Buy 100 USDT for a 5-minute BTC long contract at 70% return → receive 170 USDT if successful.

  • Delivery Time: Contracts settle according to GMT. For example, a 60s contract placed at 00:00:00 delivers at 00:01:00.

  • Failure Handling: In the case of technical failure, network delay, or exchange disruption, affected trades are voided and funds refunded.

4. Risk Warnings

  • Market Volatility: Price fluctuations are unpredictable and may cause losses. Investors bear full responsibility for any resulting losses.

  • No Guarantees: NSKSwap does not guarantee profits or share in user risks.

  • Regulatory Risk: Regional laws may affect your ability to trade. You are responsible for understanding local regulations before participating.

  • Rule Changes: The platform may update trading mechanics, delivery benchmarks, or index composition. Changes will be announced, and users are responsible for staying informed.

5. Compliance & Monitoring

  • Transactions are monitored to prevent suspicious activity. Unusual trades may be suspended, rejected, or reversed.

  • NSKSwap reserves the right to deny service to users in non-compliant jurisdictions or involved in unethical or illegal trading behaviors.

  • Violations such as market manipulation, system interference, or abusive arbitrage may result in account restrictions, bans, and legal accountability.
